For years, decades even, I’ve been a storyteller.
As a stand-up comedian, a writer, a preacher, or through photography, it doesn’t seem to matter what vehicle you use; the song remains the same. I’m looking for people whose lives might be small, but whose stories tell a larger tale. One that reveals something about that thread weaving its way through humanity, and possibly divinity. Where those ancient and modern dramas intersect, that’s where I want to be.
And then, find a way through words and images, to bring them to others so that a narrative can touch us, and make us, maybe not better, but aware of how grace and grit show up in this life.
